Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21st September. The United Nations General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples. This special occasion invites each one of us to take personal responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings and choices. As we unite in this collective effort, this will create an echo in our respective societies and the world.
